Baked Broccoli Mac & Cheese

Mac & Cheese Ingredients
- Elbow noodles
- Evaporated milk
- Cheddar cheese
- Pepper-Jack cheese
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Broccoli
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper

Making The Baked Mac & Cheese
JUMP TO RECIPE 👇- Preheat oven to 350-degrees

- Grease a 9×11 baking pan or 2 1/2 qt. casserole dish
- Bring salted water to a boil in a large saucepan
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions, adding in broccoli at the very end so they are slightly steamed; then drain

- Combine macaroni, broccoli, cheese (only half the parmesan), evaporated milk, salt, and pepper in a big bowl.
- Next, prepare your breadcrumbs. Combine melted butter, breadcrumbs and the remainder of parmesan in a small bowl; set aside.

- Spread the macaroni mixture in a baking dish
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top of the macaroni
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes
- Uncover the macaroni and broil until the top is golden brown
